There is nothing like seeing a movie that speaks volumes to your heart and leaves you inspired. It’s the movie you watch that gives your body chills and makes your heart ache a bit. You’ll be watching it and suddenly realize that it’s YOUR story. You’ve been touched in a way that makes you want to cry, laugh or start a new chapter of your life. Or, perhaps it’s the story that gives you a message you’ve been needing to hear to make that change.
I’m such a sucker for those types of movies. The ones that rattle the soul and break open your heart. The movies that may be a little difficult to watch, but something you’ve been needing to see.
Here is a list of movies that leave a lasting impression. Some old, some new. Yet, each of these movies have some great quotes to hold on to and refer back to every now and then. Just great stories, with great words and great life lessons. And some of them, for me, hit very close to home …
